Ipsita Das

Ipsita Das is a student worker at the Leonard Davis Institute. Prior to joining LDI, she was involved in research with the Wei Lab, investigating novel mechanisms of lithium protection against impaired neurogenesis in Alzheimer’s Disease. In addition, she is currently engaged in a Penn Medicine Department of Neurology project that aims to improve the diagnostic accuracy of neurophysiological monitoring during surgical procedures. She is pursuing a BA, double majoring in Neuroscience and Health & Societies with a concentration in Health Care Markets & Finance.
