Chris Klomp, MBA, is the Director of Medicare and Deputy Administrator at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. He also serves as the Chief Counselor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Klomp has driven health care reform at state and federal levels, focusing on value-based care and interoperability. He built Collective Medical, has co-founded, advised, and served on the board of many innovative startups and on the Utah Digital Health Services Commission, and worked at Bain Capital and Bain & Company. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA with Honors in Economics and English from BYU.
