Agnieshka Baumritter, MS, is a Research Projects Director at the Ophthalmology Division, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where she oversees a portfolio of clinical studies. She has had experience in the health care systems management, research, and evaluation. She came to CHOP from the University of Pennsylvania where she served as Managing Director of the RWJ Clinical Scholars Program, Project Director at the Center for Preventive Ophthalmology and Biostatistics (CPOB), Manager for Research and Evaluation at the Leonard Davis Institute and a doctoral candidate in Social Systems Science at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Also, she has collaborated on numerous research, executive education and consulting projects involving market research and program design, as well as, use of qualitative methods including surveys, focus groups, structured interviews and case study design. She is a native of Poland, where she completed her undergraduate and graduate degree in social science; she also did post-graduate work in social science at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris, France and the Wharton School.
