Sarah Dykstra is a third-year PhD student in Wharton’s Health Care Management and Economics Department. Her research interests include physician and hospital economic behavior, insurance coverage design and the economics of treatment choice. She has worked as a teaching assistant for courses focused on the management and economics of pharmaceuticals, HCMG 215 and HCMG 863. Prior to Wharton, she worked as a research associate for the Center for Global Development and a project associate for Innovations for Poverty Action in Sierra Leone. She was a Trustee Scholar at Boston University and graduated with a BA in global health and development.
