Amanda Fultz, PhD, RDN, LDN is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Perelman School of Medicine. She is a registered dietitian and her research examines food acquisition within an ecological framework and explores how individual, interpersonal, and structural factors influence dietary intake and diet quality. Her work aims to increase understanding of the complex interactions among these factors and to test promising interventions for improving diet quality and health. She is mentored by Dr. Karen Glanz in the Center for Health Behavior Research.
