Jeriel Dumeng-Rodriguez is a doctoral student in the Cell and Molecular Biology Graduate Group at the Perelman School of Medicine and a Certificate in Law student at the Carey Law School. His current research focuses on developing a stem cell-based model to study the effects of HIV infection and latency in the brain. He received his BSc in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras Campus.
