Jong Myeong Lim is a doctoral student at The Wharton School’s Department of Health Care Management and Economics. His research lies at the intersection of healthcare operations management, health policy, and economics. His work focuses on addressing operational challenges faced by health care delivery systems, including capacity management, incentive misalignment, supply-side responses to health policy, and patient access to care. Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked as a business analyst at Mount Sinai Health System in New York City. He earned his BA in Economics and MPA with a focus on Health Policy and Management from New York University, and an MA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
