Kathleen G. Noonan, JD is Chief Executive Officer of the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, a multidisciplinary non-profit in Camden, NJ. Established in 2002 as a citywide alliance of primary care providers, health, and social services organizations, and community representatives, the Camden Coalition aims to deliver better care to individuals with complex health and social needs, and it has been a pioneer in the field designing and delivering care management that is person-centered care and addresses physical, behavioral, and social health needs to improve well-being and health equity for individuals and communities. The Coalition accelerates learning through its unique combination of on-the-ground population health innovation, and for hosting the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs, which is building the field alongside an engaged network of thousands of practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and consumers.
In 2008, Noonan co-founded PolicyLab at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to connect clinical research with real-world health policy priorities. She is adjunct faculty in the Division of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine. Noonan serves as mediator in numerous public-impact cases concerning health and human services bringing her years of problem-solving experience to complex public policy problems. She received her JD from Northeastern University School of Law, and her BA from Barnard College, Columbia University.
