Liisa Laine, PhD is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Health Care Management at The Wharton School and at the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics (CHIBE) at the Perelman School of Medicine. Dr Laine’s research interests are in applied microeconomics and industrial organization, with a particular focus on the functioning of health care markets, incentive design, and policy evaluation. Dr Laine’s recent research has focused on long-term care markets in addition to understanding the role of health information technology in medical decision-making and care coordination.
