Michaela Olabisi is a PhD student in Epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on reproductive and perinatal epidemiology, with particular interest in maternal exposures, such as vitamin D and cannabis use and their impact on pregnancy outcomes. Olabisi has experience in advanced epidemiologic methods, including causal inference and longitudinal data analysis. She is passionate about translating research into evidence that informs clinical practice and public health policy, particularly in the context of maternal and child health. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, and Society from Vassar College and completed a Post-Baccalaureate Research Education Program in Epidemiology at Penn.
