Scott Damrauer, MD

Scott Damrauer, MD is an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine. His health services research focuses on understanding health disparities in age-related diseases, such heart and vascular disease. He is interested in understanding how innovation in medical care, particularly in precision and genomic medicine, has the ability to exacerbate health disparities, and in developing strategies to address unequal application of these technologies.

He holds an MD from Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency atMassachusetts General Hospital and fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
