Afrah Howlader, MPH

Afrah Howlader, MPH, is a Policy Coordinator at Penn LDI. Prior to joining LDI, she earned her MPH in Health Policy from George Washington University, where she gained research and project management experience through internships with Truth Initiative and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Previously, she completed the Urban Health Policy Fellowship at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, working on programs to end the HIV epidemic and strengthen local overdose prevention efforts. She also holds a BS in Public Health from Drexel University.
