Caleb Hearn, MPH, PMP

Caleb Hearn, MPH, PMP is the Partnerships Project Manager. With a robust background in health management, policy, and research project management, he supports and advances strategic partnerships across academia, industry, non-profits, and government agencies. He oversees the planning and execution of partnership projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Penn LDI’s strategic goals and mutually beneficial outcomes. Drawing on his experience managing multi-site research initiatives and fostering cross-institutional collaboration, he plays a key role in stakeholder engagement, project communication, and data management. His commitment to promoting evidence-based research and impactful partnerships is central to his work at Penn LDI.
