David Powell, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the Perelman School of Medicine. He is a health economist with research on the opioid crisis, population aging, working conditions, and end-of-life care. Dr. Powell holds a PhD from MIT and previously worked at RAND.
