Harriet Jeon, PhD

Harriet Jeon, PhD is a postdoctoral researcher at Penn LDI. Her research interests are at the intersection of health care and operations management, including startups, health systems, and governmental agencies, both in the U.S. and abroad. She is particularly interested in designing and evaluating data-driven solutions to enhance the social sustainability of service systems and their workforce. Prior to her doctoral studies, Dr. Jeon was a predoctoral fellow at the Tobin Center for Economic Policy at Yale University. She completed her BS in Economics with a minor in mathematics at The Wharton School.
