Hyunmin (David) Yu, PhD, RN, AGACNP-BC, is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research at Penn Nursing. His research is dedicated to promoting health equity for LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly within healthcare settings, with the goal of improving their healthcare experiences and health outcomes. He earned his PhD in Nursing and MSN in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Penn Nursing. Dr. Yu has experience working as a nurse in intensive care units in both Korea and the United States and currently serves as a nurse practitioner at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
