Meghan Carey, PhD, is a T32 postdoctoral fellow working under the mentorship of Dr. David Mandell at the Center for Mental Health. She has been conducting autism research for a decade, focusing on factors that impact autistic young people as they transition into adulthood, including learning to drive and navigating the mental health care system. Carey is an expert in quantitative methods, using large administrative data sources and conducting secondary data analyses to answer her research questions. Prior to joining the team at the Center for Mental Health, Carey earned her Master of Science and PhD in Epidemiology from Drexel University.
