Neel Chokshi, MD, MBA is Director of the Penn Center for Digital Cardiology (PCDC) and Medical Director of the Penn Sports Cardiology and Fitness program. His work focuses on the meaningful integration of digital health technologies into cardiovascular care processes to improve outcomes, clinician experiences, and operational efficiency. Additionally, he is interested in the use of exercise as a therapeutic intervention in cardiovascular disease and specifically, improving patient engagement with cardiac rehabilitation and increasing physical activity using behavioral economics.
Dr. Chokshi is a clinical faculty member in the consultative cardiology, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology labs at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He received his medical degree and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He completed his residency and fellowship training in New York City.
