Rama Hagos, PhD

Rama Hagos, PhD is a Provost’s Postdoctoral Fellow at the Population Studies Center and the Department of Sociology at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research draws on historical and contemporary data sources to understand differential patterns of integration over time in the U.S. across a range of health, economic, and social outcomes. Her health research examines how political, social, and policy contexts impact health disparities in the U.S. Dr. Hagos earned a PhD in Sociology with a concentration in Demography from Princeton University.
