Timothy Nelin, MD is a neonatal-perinatal medicine fellow at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and an MSHP Candidate at the Perelman School of Medicine. He is interested in the associations of environmental exposures with preterm birth and long-term outcomes of preterm infants. Additionally, he is passionate about investigating how social and policy interventions and modifications to the physical environment can improve the outcomes of preterm infants. Dr. Nelin received an MD from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his clinical internship and residency in pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he was Chief Resident in 2021.
