LDI regularly hosts thought leaders from other academic institutions, industry, government as well as the University of Pennsylvania to explore the most pressing issues in health care. LDI’s seminars convene faculty, staff, trainees and external stakeholders, for in-depth discussion of the latest health services research and policy developments. LDI also supports work-in-progress talks and co-sponsors seminars.
The LDI Research Seminar Series convenes faculty, staff, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows for in-depth discussion of health services research issues, methodological challenges and approaches, study findings and policy implications. The goal of the series is to stimulate interdisciplinary health services research, campus-wide interactions and networking.
The LDI Health Policy Seminar Series convenes national policy makers, corporate leaders, health services research faculty, and students to discuss issues in health care policy, delivery, and research. Seminar abstracts/summaries and speaker biographies are available.
