Hoag Levins is a journalist, photographer, and digital content producer who joined Penn LDI in 2011. He is the former Executive Editor of Editor & Publisher, Senior Editor at Advertising Age, and Executive Editor of Capital News Connection in Washington, D.C., a Corporation for Public Broadcasting-funded newsroom that produced Congressional news content for NPR radio stations. He was also a staff reporter at the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News. His work has earned journalism awards from organizations including Sigma Delta Chi, Columbia School of Graduate Journalism, Philadelphia Press Association, and Association of Health Care Journalists.
