Sameed Khatana, MD is a fellow in Cardiovascular Disease at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He previously was a Hospitalist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA and an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He completed his medical school training at the University of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine and his Internal Medicine residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as part of the Medical Management Leadership Track. He is also a Master of Public Health candidate at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He recently completed work as a Fellow at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation on the delivery of diabetes prevention programs for Medicare patients. His research interests include health delivery and payment innovations in chronic disease care and measuring quality and value in clinical care.
