Kaitlyn Broderick, MD is a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology student and an infectious diseases physician. She is based at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) in West Philadelphia and also sees patients at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Outside of her clinical commitments, she is involved in research focused on the effects of sexually transmitted infections in people who are pregnant and is interested in developing methods to study social vulnerability as it relates to infectious disease outcomes.
Dr. Broderick received her medical degree, with focus in Local and Global Health Equity, from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2018. She completed her internal medicine residency, with focus in Global Health Equities, at the University of Pennsylvania in 2021. She stayed at Penn for her fellowship in Infectious Diseases and is completing her Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology at Perelman School of Medicine.
