Lakeisha Mulugeta-Gordon, MD is a Clinical Fellow in Gynecologic Oncology, an innovation fellow at the Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation (PC3I) and a Measey education fellow here at Penn Medicine. Her research interests include social determinants of health, access to cancer care and health literacy. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Policy Research from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Mulugeta-Gordon received her medical degree from Cooper Medical School of Rowan University and graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Society honors. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as Education Chief Resident and was an active member in the GYN QI and Health Equity committees. During her residency career, she was awarded the Penn Pearl Medical Student Teaching Award and The Sharon Youcha, MD Compassionate Patient Care Award.
