Priyanka Joshi, MD is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She is interested broadly in social determinants of health and health services research. Her recent research has been focused on food insecurity and how to optimize benefit utilization in WIC-eligible populations.
She completed her medical school training at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. While in medical school, she developed a comprehensive sexual education curriculum for public schools in partnership with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She subsequently completed her residency in Pediatrics at CHOP.
