The pace of change in health care delivery continues to accelerate and has prompted cutting-edge and remarkable new approaches to treatment and care delivery. Primary care is moving out of the clinic, customers are seeking emerging technologies including do-it-yourself medicine and direct-to-consumer health technology, and clinicians and researchers are working to integrate advances in technology into standard practice so they can optimize patient safety and clinical outcomes. Expert panelists, who are all rising scholars at Penn, will discuss the latest health care delivery innovations and where their work might take them next at this event hosted by the Penn Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics.
