Forging a Path Toward Integrated Care for Dually Eligible Individuals
Penn LDI Conference
See accessibility information for Jon M. Huntsman Hall here.
To get the care they need, people who are dually eligible for Medicaid and Medicare have to navigate multiple disjointed systems, often resulting in confusion and frustration as well as delayed or denied care. State and federal policymakers have a renewed commitment to creating a more integrated, patient-centered, cost-efficient system to serve their needs. Join Penn LDI for a half-day in-person conference to highlight and deepen our understanding of peoples’ experiences, the role of health care providers, and how policymakers are working toward fully integrated care for dually eligible beneficiaries.
