Penn LDI Grant Writing Workshop
Open to Penn LDI Fellows by invitation only

Penn LDI, the Center for Improving Care Delivery for the Aging (CICADA), and Penn Medical Ethics and Health Policy (MEHP) are hosting an invitation-only, in-person grant writing workshop. This is a great opportunity to learn the secrets of successful grant writing. Regardless of whether you a trainee or a junior or senior faculty member, we strongly encourage you to attend.
The workshop will be conducted by Grant Writers’ Seminars and Workshops, LLC (GWSW). Topics covered will include 1) general grant writing concepts, 2) NIH organization and structure, 3) development of an outstanding application, and 4) the review process.

In-Person Event Guidelines
In accordance with Penn’s Public Health Guidance, the following requirements will apply to this event:
- All attendees, including guest speakers, are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including the COVID-19 booster (with the exception of those who have been granted an exemption.)
- All attendees are required to double mask (layering a cloth mask on top of a disposable mask) or to wear a KN95/KF94 or N95 mask at all times while inside the John Morgan Building.
- Social distancing should be observed while in the John Morgan Building whenever possible.
- No food or drink is allowed in the Reunion Auditorium. Boxed lunches will be provided to all attendees, to be eaten outdoors or in a designated eating area.
