Colleen A. Pogue, PhD, RN is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research in the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing. Her program of research, which has been informed by her experience as an adult medical-surgical nurse in an acute care setting, is focused on health system reorganization to improve health care quality and patient and nurse outcomes. Dr. Pogue collaborates on several large-scale studies including Magnet4Europe, the US Clinician Wellbeing Study, and Nurses4All.

Dr. Pogue received her PhD in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where she was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Future of Nursing Scholar.
