Lillian Buchhalter, MD, MPH is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her research interests are in health equity, ethics, quality, and burnout. She earned her Master of Public Health in Biostatistics and Epidemiology with a Certificate in Global Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She completed her medical school training at Mayo Medical School and her pediatrics residency at the Boston Combined Residency in Pediatrics (Urban Health and Advocacy Track). During her time in Boston, Dr. Buchhalter was engaged in research around delayed diagnosis and was involved in projects surrounding reproductive advocacy for adolescents.
