Photos: Hoag Levins In a break from their on-campus studies, the University of Pennsylvania's Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics' Summer Undergraduate Minority Research (SUMR) scholars spent a gorgeously sunny day together in Margate on the Atlantic Ocean.
