Cheilonda Johnson, MD, MHS

Assistant Professor, Pulmonary, Allergy & Critical Care, Perelman School of Medicine

Dr. Johnson is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care and member of the Interstitial Lung Disease and Sarcoidosis Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Johnson’s broad research focus is the clinical and genetic determinants of interstitial lung disease. She also has a strong interest in health disparities among patients with chronic lung diseases.

Dr.Johnson received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her internal medicine training at Massachusetts General Hospital followed by pulmonary and critical care fellowship training at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Johnson is also formally trained in clinical investigation and received a Master of Health Science degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health during her fellowship training.
