Sarah Schutz is a PhD candidate in Healthcare Management and Economics at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an ORISE Fellow in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where she works on the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act. Sarah’s research interests include drug prices, pharmaceutical innovation, and advertising in health care.
