Kim Waddell, PhD, OTR/L is an Advanced Postdoctoral Fellow at the Penn Medicine Nudge Unit and the Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion (CHERP) at the VA Philadelphia Medical Center. Dr. Waddell’s research applies insights from behavioral economics to: 1) improve real-world performance for adults with neurological disability, and 2) implement remote monitoring technologies to improve access to innovative care for vulnerable individuals and communities.

Dr. Waddell received her PhD in Movement Science from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and her master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
