Appointments to LDI Through Three Fellow Tracks

LDI's mission is to catalyze and facilitate multidisciplinary research and educational programs, shaping and expanding the knowledge required to improve population health, the health care system, and health policy. LDI works to achieve this mission through programs that connect and engage Penn scholars, support their research, and amplify their scholarship. LDI defines our membership base through three appointment tracks.

    Eligibility: Assistant, Associate, and Full Professors with a current faculty position at the University of Pennsylvania and/or CHOP can apply to be LDI Senior Fellows.*
    *Rare exceptions for Penn leadership appointments
    Criteria for Appointment, Reappointment and Application
     Health services research trainee affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania or CHOP, including (a) PhD students, (b) post-doctoral fellows, (c) residents/fellows actively engaged in research or research training, (d) MD-MSHP students, and (e) instructors.
    Criteria for Appointment, Reappointment and Application
    Investigators who advance the strategic goals of LDI, but do not have a Penn or CHOP primary affiliation. Applications by invitation only.

The benefits available to all of our Fellows include: research support; research working groups; translation and dissemination; networking; seminars; and research conferences.
