Karli Breeden, MD

Karli Breeden, MD is a fellow physician in child abuse pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Dr. Breeden is interested in preventing child abuse by utilizing research to address disparities in social determinants of health through public policy as well as advocacy for underrepresented children.

Dr. Breeden received a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University. She received her medical degree from the Penn State College of Medicine. Dr. Breeden completed her pediatric residency training at Thomas Jefferson University/Nemours Children’s Hospital prior to joining the team at CHOP. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Health Policy Research at the University of Pennsylvania.
