Megan McSherry, MD, MS is a pediatric critical care medicine fellow. Her research focuses on prognostic, goals-of-care conversations and their correlation to clinician and family decision making in the pediatric intensive care unit. She is interested in using qualitative and mixed methods to develop a rich and deep understanding of decision making after pediatric cardiac arrest and ultimately, be the basis for the development of new interventions to improve communication and ensure outcomes in the PICU are optimally aligned with patient and family goals.
